Why behaviour matters to designers
Know people, deeply
Go beyond standard design thinking. Delve into the vast behavioural landscape, from societal norms to invisible drivers. Refine your solutions to truly resonate.
Reliable behaviours = value
The equation is simple yet profound. By anchoring designs in behavioural insights, we're not just ensuring user satisfaction. We're also building a bridge to tangible value for people and companies.
Ethical influence
As designers, shaping user actions is a powerful responsibility. Behavioural confidence ensures that this influence is wielded ethically and considers the wider implications on people’s lives.
Who is it for?
Strategic Behavioural Design is for those ready to amplify their work with behavioural insights. If you're in an agency, freelance, work in-house, or drive your venture, this is about making solutions that not only attract but act. This course cuts through the complexity, giving you direct tools to infuse behaviour into every design decision.

What past students say
From day one, the course was designed with an application lens, making it stand out for me. The curriculum was well-crafted, blending academic insights with the rich experiences shared during lectures. The real-life Client's case study, MyHabeats, was the cherry on the cake, providing a hands-on approach to real-world challenges. This didn't just enhance my skill set; it kick-started my journey in Behaviour Thinking, a skill I now find invaluable. Engaging with this course has moulded my approach, equipping me to apply these insights in my future work. A heartfelt thanks for sparking this knowledge in me!

I've done several behavioural science courses and I can say with 100% confidence, that the Strategic Behavioural Design course is the best I've been on! The learning material, methodologies, tools and processes used all provide a structured approach to understand behaviour and behaviour change. The teaching is engaging and the best thing about it is that you get work with a real client! Lauren is an amazing facilitator and of course is a behavioural scientist by background so we get first hand account of application of the theories you learn. Highly recommend!

The Strategic Behavioural Design course is packed full of insights, methods, and very useful tools that can be applied immediately to a wide range of behaviour change situations. The flow from research to design to strategy to action was well crafted and integration of a real life client scenario helped to embed the learning. I am already using what I have learned in my work.

Feedback is the backbone of progress. After our first cohort, it became clear that a dedicated week for rest and reflection not only boosts engagement but also enhances comprehension. This thoughtful pause allows you to absorb the material deeply and catch up if life momentarily takes you away from your learning goals.
