Job Description

Role Summary:

As a Senior Behavioural Designer at 1848 Ventures, you will be instrumental in shaping the user experiences of our AI-powered solutions, particularly for our new venture, Vandra. This role blends strategic oversight with hands-on design tasks, focusing on behavioural influences on e-commerce shoppers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of e-commerce brands and shopper behaviours.

• Collaborate with teams across product, engineering, and data science to conceptualise and test performance-enhancing solutions.

• Design intuitive user flows and experiences based on behavioural insights.

Requirements:

Essential Skills:

• Proven track record in behavioural design.

• Strong skills in product/UX design and the use of tools like Figma, Miro, Jira.

• Ability to conduct and apply user research effectively.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience in a start-up or early-stage project environment.

• Strong communication and ability to work autonomously in a dynamic setting.

Education & Experience:

• Extensive experience in designing and implementing behaviour-changing solutions.
