Job Description

Role Summary:

The Senior UX Researcher will integrate traditional UX research methods with behavioral science. This role is crucial for embedding behavioral insights into product development, enhancing user financial stability and security.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and conduct end-to-end quantitative and qualitative research.

  • Combine psychological theory with empirical data to guide product development.

  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to maintain empirical rigor.

  • Advocate for customers, ensuring their needs are central to product development.

  • Design experiments and analyze data to understand causal relationships.

  • Employ creativity in research methods to address complex questions.

Requirements:

Essential Skills:

  • Expertise in psychological, cognitive, or economic theories relevant to user behavior.

  • Proficiency in quantitative research and statistical analysis using R, Python, or similar.

  • Excellent communication skills for presenting complex ideas clearly.

Desirable Skills:

  • Knowledge of qualitative research methodologies.

  • Experience in marketing research.

  • Understanding of financial concepts.

Education & Experience:

  • A background in psychology, cognitive science, behavioral economics, or similar fields. A PhD is preferred but not required.

  • Experience with academic and practicioner behavioural science.
