Terms & Conditions

- Campus

1. Overview

Welcome to BehaviourKit! When you sign up for our courses through our website, these are the rules you're agreeing to follow. If we need to tweak these terms, we'll need to agree on those changes in writing. Any other conditions you might have need to be approved by us too.

2. Our Courses

Whether our courses run depend on there being enough interest and available spots. We reserve the right to cancel a course due to low enrolment up to 10 days before the course starts. We will let you know by email. In which case you may either:

  • Join a different course at no extra cost, or;

  • Receive a full refund.

3. Booking Agreement

Your spot is secured once you get a confirmation email from us. This agreement lasts for the duration of your course. We’re all about promoting good practices and reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone we believe conflicts with our ethical standards.

4. Costs and How to Pay

The price we quote includes everything you need for the course but doesn't include VAT. You are personally responsible for the cost of the course (local VAT may apply). We’ll send an invoice when you book. If you require a official tax invoice please email us. You have to complete your payment before the course starts, but you can choose to pay in up to two instalments if that makes life easier—just let us know when you book or select this option through our website.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

If we cancel a course for any reason, you can choose a new date, get a credit, or a full refund.

You can change your mind and cancel within 14 days of booking we'll issue a full refund—just drop us an email and return any materials we've sent you in their original condition, and or delete any materials you may have downloaded.

If you decide to cancel beyond the 14 day period we issue partial refunds:

  • More than a month before the course starts: 75% of the fee.

  • One week to a month before: 50% of the fee.

  • Less than a week before: At this stage, we are unable to offer a refund. But you can send someone else in your place if you can’t make it, as long as they meet the course requirements and you tell us two days before the course begins.
(An exception is made for illness proved by a doctor’s certificate, in this case a full refund will be issued.)

  • After the course has started, up to 3 weeks into it: 100% of the total fee will be charged. If you are ill and have a doctor’s certificate, we will refund up to 50% of the total fee.

Refunds go back the way they came and will be processed within 14 days.

6. Our Responsibility

We’re committed to offering high-quality courses. We limit our liability to the cost of the course and only for direct damages. We take care of your belongings if in person but can’t be responsible for loss or damage. Also, while we do our best to ensure our materials are spot-on, we can’t be liable for any errors they might contain.

7. Keep it in the Classroom

All the course materials, the content on our website, and any knowledge you gain from us are ours or we have permission to use them. They are for your personal use in relation to the course and your licence agreement.

8. Keeping Things Confidential

Anything we share in our courses or materials that is not publicly known should be kept confidential. Don’t share it without getting the okay from us first.

9. Breaking the Rules

If you share our materials without permission, breach your licence agreement or breach our confidentiality rules, there’s a steep fine—£5,000 for each time it happens, plus £1,000 for every day the breach continues.

10. Your Privacy

We use your personal info just for running the course and will ask your permission before taking any photos for our promotional activities. You can always change your mind about the photos. We follow the UK’s privacy laws to the letter.

11. Got a Complaint?

Let us know by email. We’ll get back to you within five days to confirm we’re on it and aim to resolve it within two weeks. If it takes longer, we’ll explain why and when you can expect an answer. We keep all complaints on file for a year.

12. Legal Stuff

Our terms are governed by English law. Any disputes need to be handled in English courts.

We hope you find these terms clear! We want to make sure everything runs smoothly and everyone has a great learning experience.

2. Definitions

When we say "we", "our", or "us", we mean BehaviourKit. You, the "customer", are anyone engaging with us to buy something. "Goods" are what we're selling, and an "order" is your agreement to buy our goods.

3. General Conditions

We reserve the right to serve customers at our discretion. The information on our website is general and may change without notice.

We strive to describe our goods as accurately as possible on our website. We make sure that all the details, descriptions, and prices are correct when they go onto our site.

5. Pricing and Payment

Our prices can change, but we'll update our site to reflect this. Payment is due in full before we send anything your way, and you can pay through our secure payment gateways.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We use Royal Mail and UPS for deliveries, which means their rules also apply. Delivery times are estimates and start from when we ship your order. We're not responsible for delays once the package is with the postal service.

7. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

Changed your mind? You can cancel within 24 hours for free. If you want to return something, you have 14 days from when you receive it—just make sure it's in its original condition and packaging. Refunds go back the way they came and will be processed within 14 days of us getting the returned item.

8. Liability and Your Part

We're not liable for big, unexpected losses or damages from using our site or products, even if you've told us they might happen. If problems arise from how you use our products or from not following these terms, you'll need to cover the costs.

9. Keeping Things Confidential

Anything we share in our kits, tactics and toolkits that is not publicly known should be kept confidential. Don’t share it without getting the okay from us first.

10. Breaking the Rules

If you share our materials without permission, breach your licence agreement or breach our confidentiality rules, there’s a steep fine—£5,000 for each time it happens, plus £1,000 for every day the breach continues.

11. Data Protection

We handle your personal information according to our privacy policy, keeping it safe and sound.

12. When Things Don't Go to Plan

If something really out of our control happens and it affects our ability to deliver as promised, we're not liable. This includes things like natural disasters, strikes, or technical failures.

13. Law and Courts

These terms, and any dispute that might come up between us, are governed by English law. We'll sort out any disputes in English courts.
